Eucalyptus Soap

Hi! I'm Jen. Wife to one, mom to four, and the maker here at Serenity Hill Farmstead. In 2010 I began my soap-making journey when our second child was struggling with a skin condition. When everything we tried made it worse, I decided to just make it myself using natural ingredients. And what do ya know? It worked! In 2012 we began our homesteading journey as a means to support our family when the failing economy claimed most of our income. While we were learning how to grow and raise our food, I was still learning and experimenting with soap-making. I began incorporating the fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs we grew in the garden into soap-making. Eventually we were able to source some of the ingredients used in our soap, like beeswax and goat's milk and other 100% natural additives either from our own homestead or others local to us. Ten years later we still live this simple, natural lifestyle and wouldn't change a thing. We believe in learning, growing and working together as a family to create beauty, functionality and sustainability in everything we do here at Serenity Hill Farmstead.
